What type of internet service do we need to provide?
Our cameras do not require internet service. We provide the service via our cellular modems. This allows quicker installation anywhere in the world at any time, allowing you to focus on what you do best!

Does your camera require any computers or servers at the job site?
No. Our cameras use our servers, and do not require any type of servers or computers on site.

Does the camera require any type of IT support at the job site?
No. Our cameras our maintenance free and do not requre any support persons from the client company.

How long does installation usually take?
Standard installation can be completed by a site electrician in under 30 minutes! Simply attach the mounting arm with 3 band clamps (requires a flat head screwdriver), Mount and aim the camera, and apply power! We take care of the rest!

How frequently are images taken?
Images are taken every 15 minutes allowing visual documentation of your site.

Do your cameras provide live video?
No. Our cameras provide images that are 20 times the resolution and size of live video, allowing for greater detail.

What if we do not have power on site?
We provide a solar power option in case you do not have power available at the camera location. Our solar options are warrantied for life and will provide reliable and renewable energy for the camera and pan/tilt head.

Where can we mount a camera?
Our cameras can be mounted on any type of structure including, but not limited to, temporary power poles, 4x4 posts, building walls, and if using our non-penetrating roof mount, can be installed on any roof structure with out any permanent roof damage.

Can you provide mounting poles?
Yes! We can arrange for local installation of 25', 35', or 45' utility poles for camera mounting.
